Callaway Golf – Sam Burns wins the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play to make triple-winning for Paradym

March 27, 2023 – The Callaway Paradym driver has seen a start like no other on Tour, adding a further three victories to the ever-growing tally since being launched earlier this year.

Sam Burns landed a phenomenal victory at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play 2023, firing himself back into the Top-10 in the world. Paradym has now won seven PGA Tour events in 2023, the most of any driver by far.

As well as a Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver, Sam’s bag also includes a Paradym Triple Diamond fairway wood, Apex UW, Apex TCB irons, Jaws Raw wedges, an Odyssey O-Works Black #7 putter, and a Chrome Soft X golf ball.

Callaway’s Chrome Soft X bolf balls have now earned 5 PGA Tour wins in 2023, and Odyssey has the most victories of any putter brand this year.

In addition to Sam’s win, Paradym secured victories on the DP World Tour (for 23-year-old staffer Nick Bachem with a win in only his 12th start on Tour) as well as on the Champions Tour where yet another non-staffer, David Toms, put their faith in Callaway’s industry-leading driver technologies.

Callaway Golf – Immediate Paradym shift for staffer Nick Bachem, winner at Jonsson Workwear Open 2023

26 Marzo 2023 – Callaway Golf staffer Nick Bachem put the new Paradym Driver in his bag and immediately secured his breakthrough DP World Tour title, winning the Jonnsson Workwear Open 2023 by four shots.

It was his first tournament using Callaway’s just-launched driver, and the German put on a stellar display of ball striking at The Club at Steyn City, Johannesburg, South Africa – carding a bogey-free 64 in the final round, to finish on -24.

“To win on Tour is like a dream,” said Nick Bachem, who was making just his 12th DP World Tour start, after earning his card last year. “I just had a goal to enjoy the final day. It’s the beginning of my career so I enjoyed it as much as possible and played great,” he added.

Nick’s Paradym Triple Diamond 10.5° Driver, with which he has recorded an average Drive Distance of 337 yards throughout the event, is a compact, 450cc shape designed for better players who want to work the ball. It’s the lowest spinning and lowest launching of three Paradym models, with a neutral ball flight.

A 14g back weight can be positioned in the front of the head for lower spin and maximum workability. A 360° Carbon Chassis promotes unprecedented weight redistribution for maximised distance.

Nick used a full bag of Callaway and Odyssey products, including the Paradym HL 3-wood (16.5°), Apex ’21 MB Irons, a quartet of JAWS MD 5 Wedges (46°, 50°, 54°, 58°) and an Odyssey Toulon Las Vegas Putter. His best statistics in the fourth round have been 83.3% Greens in Regulation, a Putts Average of 26, 1.5 Putts per GIR, 100% in Scrambles, and the 340.4y in Driving Distance.

Neil Howie, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, commented: “Our Paradym Driver continues to help Tour players win important tournaments around the world and our Staffers, including Nick, are seeing the immediate benefit of this revolutionary technology. The South African, using a full bag of Callaway and Odyssey products, including the new Odyssey Tri Hot 5K One Putter, shot a blemish-free final round 63 at Laguna National Golf Resort Club, including nine birdies, for a memorable victory.

A 360° Carbon Chassis promotes unprecedented weight redistribution for maximised distance. The Triaxial Carbon Crown and Forged Carbon sole is 45% lighter than a titanium chassis. The massive weight saving is then repositioned for higher MOI and increased forgiveness.

Neil Howie, President and Managing Director of Callaway EMEA, added: “We welcomed Ockie to #TeamCallaway this season and he is clearly loving his new equipment! To be a double-winner on the DP World Tour just three months into the new schedule is truly spectacular, and to see the top three players at the Singapore Classic also using Paradym Drivers underlines how even the best players in the world are embracing this revolutionary technology.”

Callaway Golf – New Paradym Family of Woods and Irons, designed for a complete shift in performance

January 4, 2023 – Today Callaway Golf, an industry leader in golf equipment design, performance, and innovation, officially announced their new Paradym Family of Woods and Irons. Designed for a complete shift in performance from unparalleled distance, forgiveness, and all-new product constructions, Paradym golf clubs will be available for pre-sale on January 20th, and available at retailers nationwide on February 24th.

Callaway Paradym Drivers

An industry-first 360 Carbon Chassis eliminates titanium from the body, so engineers can push weight and stability to the limit. The 360 Carbon Chassis promotes unprecedented weight redistribution for maximised distance, with a Triaxial Carbon crown and Forged Carbon sole that are 44% lighter than a titanium chassis. This massive weight saving is repositioned both forward to enhance ball speed, and toward the back of the clubhead for increased forgiveness.

To further increase ball speeds, the Company’s industry-leading A.I.-designed Jailbreak system enhances stability for faster ball speeds, while an all-new A.I. face optimisation enhances speed, launch, spin, and now downrange dispersion. Paradym is the first driver to utilise Callaway’s industry-leading Face Cup technology. The face cup is paired with a powerful, forged titanium face, a combination that provides higher energy transfer to the ball than a standard driver face insert.

Three models are available: Paradym is suited to a wide range of players, with Callaway’s best combination of distance, forgiveness, and adjustability. Paradym X is best suited for players who want exceptional forgiveness and a slight draw bias, and Paradym Triple Diamond is ideally suited for better players who want to work the ball.

PARADYM Standard Driver: Lofts of 9º, 10,5º and 12º, graphite shafts MCA Aldila Ascent PL Blue 40g (Womens, L); Project X HZRDUS Silver 50g (R, S) y 60g (S); Project X HZRDUS Black 60g (S, XS); grip Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 (50g) and Lamkin ST Soft Undersized (44g) womens.

PARADYM  Triple Diamond Driver: Lofts of 8º, 9º and 10,5º, graphite shafts Project X HZRDUS Black 60g (R); and Mitsubishi Chemical Kai’li White 60g (S, XS); grip Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 (50g).

RRP: Paradym Driver, 649€.

Callaway Paradym Fairway Woods

This completely new construction eliminates weight from the body and repositions it for unprecedented gains in ball speed and MOI. The A.I.-designed Jailbreak Batwing Structure is pushed to the perimeter to stiffen the body, while allowing the face to flex for high ball speeds. Plus, every model has been uniquely designed with a specific player in mind to fully maximize their performance.

Three models are available: Paradym features progressive shaping, and it’s the most robust offering that fits a wide range of player types. Paradym X will fit players looking for our most forgiving shape with a high launch and a slight draw bias. And Paradym Triple Diamond is for stronger players who are looking for a penetrating ball flight with lower spin.

PARADYM Standard Fairway Woods: Lofts of 3W (15º), 3HL (16,5º), 5W (18º), 7W (21º), 9W (24º), 11W (27º) and HVN (20º), graphite shafts MCA Aldila Ascent PL Blue 40g (Womens, L); Project X HZRDUS Silver 50g (R, S) and 60g (S); Project X HZRDUS Black 60g (S, XS); grip Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 (50g) and Lamkin ST Soft Undersized (44g) womens.

PARADYM Triple Diamond Fairway Woods: Lofts of 3+ (13,5º), 3W (15º) and 5W (18º), graphite shafts Project X HZRDUS Black 70g (R); and Mitsubishi Chemical Kai’li White 70g (S, XS); grip Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 (50g).

RRP: Paradym Fairway Wood, 419€.

Callaway Paradym Hybrids

The first hybrid designed with Callaway’s A.I.-designed Jailbreak with Batwing Technology for high ball speeds. The Jailbreak Structure, a Tungsten Speed Cartridge and an A.I.-designed 455 Face Cup are all implemented for maximum distance. A Cutwave Sole design helps to improve the club’s performance through the turf, making this Callaway’s most versatile hybrid ever made.

Two models are available: Paradym is for golfers who want a mid-sized, wood-shaped hybrid that’s long with excellent versatility and control, while Paradym X is built for maximum forgiveness and versatility.

PARADYM Hybrid available: 18º, 21º, 24º and 27º, graphite shaft MCA Aldila Ascent PL Blue 40g (Womens) and 50g (L); Project X HZRDUS Silver 60g (R, S) and 70g (S); grips Callaway Universal (51g) and Lamkin ST Soft Undersized (44g) womens.

RRP: Paradym Hybrid, 369€.

Callaway Paradym Irons

A first in forging, the Paradym Shift Construction is designed to amplify speed and feel. Callaway’s industry-leading A.I. face technology is applied to a high-strength Forged 455 Face Cup, creating their most powerful forged iron face ever. Each face is uniquely optimised for more speed, higher launch, and increased spin consistency.

The all-new Hollow Body design features Speed Frame construction for added stiffness to the body and support for the Forged 455 Face Cup. This unique construction is the catalyst that stabilises a thinner face for incredibly fast ball speeds.

The forged face and patented Urethane Microspheres deliver the ultra-soft feel and premium sound that discerning players demand, and internal tungsten weights are placed precisely to enhance launch conditions and improve speed on mis-hits. Two models are available: Paradym is designed for golfers who are looking for a players’ distance iron with a combination of consistently fast ball speeds, refined shaping, and premium forging. Paradym X is for players who are looking for an iron that’s incredibly long with premium forged feel.

PARADYM Irons available: 4-P, A, 52º, graphite shafts MCA Aldila Ascent PL Blue 50g (L); Project X HZRDUS Silver 60g (R) and 70g (S); steel True Temper Elevate MPH 95 95g (R, S); grips Callaway Universal (51g).

Callaway Golf – Birdie blitz and new course record give Guido Migliozzi ans Rogue ST driver French Open victory

September 26, 2022 – An incredible run of nine birdies in 13 holes catapulted Callaway Staff Professional Guido Migliozzi to a sensational one-shot victory in the Cazoo Open de France at Le Golf National.

The 25-year-old Italian, relying on a full bag of Callaway and Odyssey products to guide him into the winner’s circle, claimed his third DP World Tour title in phenomenal fashion.

A stellar final round of 62 – a new course record – moved him from five shots back overnight, to win by one. He sealed his famous victory with a standout birdie on the final hole, thanks to a 192-yard approach over water that finished just six feet from the pin.

“The shot was something incredible. I went for it and it paid off. My caddie was not happy! It was not the real strategy but I felt I could try,” said Guido Migliozzi.

After shooting rounds of 69, 71, 66 and 62 (-16), to secure a winner’s cheque of €510,000, Guido now has his sights firmly set on securing a place in next year’s Ryder Cup match in his home country.

Guido’s winning bag included a Rogue ST Triple Diamond Driver, Rogue ST Fairway Wood, a trio of Callaway JAWS Raw Wedges, an Odyssey White Hot OG #1 Putter, and a Callaway Chrome Soft X 22 Golf Ball.

On completing a truly epic win, Guido said: “It was one of those days that I love to play golf. I love to battle on the golf course and today I received something back from golf. It was a beautiful day of golf.”

The Rogue ST Triple Diamond Driver is a low spin option for better players and is the latest evolution of Callaway’s Tour-proven Triple Diamond heads. It’s the lowest spinning Rogue ST Driver model, with a neutral-to-fade bias in a compact 450cc head.

Guido’s Chrome Soft X Golf Ball features proprietary Precision Technology, and is faster off the driver with a spin profile that is optimised for Tour pros and better players. Odyssey also continues to be the #1 Putter on Tour and the #1 Putter in Golf.
