April 5, 2016 – TaylorMade Golf staff player Jim Herman saw off fierce competition to win the Shell Houston Open and in the process qualify for his first Masters Tournament, as well as securing his PGA Tour card through to 2018.

Herman, winless in 105 previous starts on the PGA Tour, chipped in for birdie on 16, then with hazards left and right hit a clutch drive on 18 after a lengthy wait to set up a closing par and the victory.
