June 23, 2014 – In the process of its introduction in Europe, the company Volvik Inc. has assigned Intergolf S.R.L. the distribution of its golf balls in Spain and Italy. In March Volvik also became the official golf ball of the Long Drivers European Tour.

Manufactured in Korea, Volvik offers multilayer premium golf balls of 3 and 4 pieces with bright colours. The Vista iV l stands out as the most popular model of its product range. Volvik has quickly gained a reputation in the U.S. market, and has reached its first objective of becoming the most played coloured golf ball at LPGA Tour.

Despite starting this year in the European market, its golf balls are the result of over 30 years of development, combining technology, performance and colour. It has been especially successful in the segment of women’s golf through the dominance of Asian professionals on the LPGA Tour. In the 2014 Women’s U.S. Open, which finished yesterday in Pinehurst, golfers such as Chella Choi (world #12), Meena Lee or Pornanong Phatlum have played Volvik. Other brand ambassadors are Tim Petrovic (PGA Tour), Craig Stadler (Champions Tour) and Maurice Allen (Long Drivers of America).
