July 17, 2014 – The golf apparel companies have revealed the handpicked outfits that their staff players will wear during the 2014 Open Championship at the Royal Liverpool Golf Club from today to next Sunday 20th of July.

Once again, the green carpet of The Open will become a catwalk for the ample international golf public, where the latest models, colours and techincal fabrics of the season will be displayed. While we amateur players choose our attire the day we play, the big stars of the Tour are fitted out, and dressed to their taste several months in advance.

These are proposals that, one designed by the brands, are put to the test and selected according to the golfers. They are then sent to the golf shops, ready for purchase, while the candidates playing for the Claret Jug display them on the golf course.
