April 13, 2022 – Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was proud to be chosen as the winning driver and wood shaft for the first Major of the year, handled by Scottie Scheffler.

During an exciting Major week in the Augusta Masters, a total of 21% of the field chose to use a VENTUS driver shaft.

Heading into the final round on Sunday, the top two players on the leader board both had VENTUS in the bag as they battled for the title.

On his way to victory, the eventual winner and world number one averaged an incredible 77% fairways hit during the week, using a VENTUS Black 7X in his driver and the VENTUS Black 8X in his fairway wood.

The 2^nd place finisher and tied 3^rd place finisher also used VENTUS, rounding off a fantastic final day for Fujikura shafts.

This major win completed a sixth victory in a row on the PGA tour for players using Fujikura and VENTUS, resulting in a 14^thwin of the year already out of the 26 events this season.
