Costa Daurada Golf Destination – New brand and new tools to make arrive the destination for tour operators worldwide

The new brand logo is part of a deeper transformation: a platform moving towards the integration of product, pricing and availability, enabling tour operators to put together golf travel proposals much more quickly and easily.
October 6, 2026 – Costa Daurada Golf Destination is entering a new phase in which the change of visual identity is just one expression of a broader and deeper transformation. The destination continues to strengthen its international positioning but, above all, is developing new tools to become increasingly useful to tour operators selling golf travel.
The new identity retains the name COSTA DAURADA GOLF DESTINATION, while introducing a cleaner, more contemporary and versatile visual identity, based on a new circular and abstract symbol, modern typography and a colour palette combining deep green, gold and black. The brand architecture gives greater prominence to COSTA DAURADA, while GOLF DESTINATION acts as a descriptor of its specialisation.

The visual change therefore accompanies an evolution in the concept of the destination. Costa Daurada Golf aims to position itself not simply as an association of golf courses, but as a fully integrated tourism destination where golf combines with accommodation, gastronomy, wine, culture, heritage, the Mediterranean and a wide range of experiences.
A platform designed to sell the destination
The new identity already heads the digital platform visitcostadauradagolf.com, which brings together golf courses, hotels, destinations, experiences and Golf + Hotel packages. But the project goes beyond simply providing information for the end golfer.
One of its main objectives is to turn it into a sales and commercialisation tool for tour operators in international markets worldwide.

The organisation is working on a B2B platform designed to give tour operators easy access to the system, enable them to specify the characteristics of a trip and quickly obtain the information required to prepare a quotation, avoiding multiple calls and emails with golf courses, hotels and other suppliers.
The aim is progressively to integrate product, pricing and real-time availability, making it easier to create tailor-made proposals and significantly reducing the time required to prepare each trip.
The new technological proposition, presented at the IAGTO European Convention in Málaga, incorporates Artificial Intelligence agents designed, among other functions, to connect with partners, build products and facilitate bookings with real-time tee-time availability.
The results of the trials carried out by the destination indicate that a quotation of this type can normally be available in less than three minutes.
The philosophy is clear: to make selling ‘Costa Daurada’ as easy as requesting the product. Instead of multiple calls, emails and checks with different suppliers, the tour operator will find the information needed to build a commercial proposal within a single environment.

In this way, the platform aims progressively to become an infrastructure connecting golf courses, hotels, DMCs, incoming operators and international tour operators, making both the creation of packages and their subsequent management more efficient.
Greater international presence and the Catalan strategy
This technological transformation is taking place alongside growing promotional activity in international markets. During 2026, Costa Daurada has strengthened its presence at trade fairs and professional events in markets such as Finland, Switzerland and Denmark, while maintaining a specific strategy in France alongside Golfy.
It has also increased its profile through participation in the Omega European Masters in Crans-Montana, under the umbrella of Catalonia as a golf destination, where Costa Daurada Golf Destination shared a presence with other representatives of Catalan golf in the Agència Catalana de Turisme area. The initiative forms part of the first actions of the Road to Ryder 2031 strategy, aimed at strengthening Catalonia’s position in the golf tourism market.

All of this takes on particular significance on the road to the 2031 Ryder Cup at Camiral Golf, Girona. The major event is being presented as a catalyst for the international profile of golf in Catalonia, as well as an opportunity for destinations such as Costa Daurada Golf Destination to strengthen their international presence over the coming years.
This renewal of the brand identity should therefore not be interpreted simply as an aesthetic change, but as an expression of a strategy focused on the international commercialisation of the destination – and, above all, as a reflection of how its technological platform will make it easier for tour operators around the world to sell the exciting experiences that Costa Daurada has to offer.
