March 10, 2015 – Bettinardi Golf, makers of the highest quality precision milled putters in the world, is introducing this 2015 its new product offering into the wedge category, the H2 Wedge.

Since 1998, Robert Bettinardi has sought to produce a perfectly crafted wedge. With the culmination of his experience in engineering, expertise, and quality control, Bettinardi found an impeccable blend of performance and design that suited his most discerning eye.

The new H2 wedge series from Bettinardi combines the finest look and ultimate playability in a forged wedge. “H2 stands for High Helix, which is an aggressive machine tool that cuts the face of each wedge at an extremely rapid rate on a CNC machine,” says Robert Bettinardi, President/CEO of Bettinardi Golf.

“This face milling leaves a unique, USGA-approved milling pattern that provides maximum spin and improved contact”. The milled grooves on the face generate a very distinctive feel, while still producing the proper amount of spin from both wet and dry conditions.

The Bettinardi wedges feature a tour inspired C-Grind sole that allows the leading edge to rest on the ground slightly longer at impact. This particular grind makes open face wedge shots easier to execute, and allows for more forgiveness on mid-range approaches and provides versatility on all wedge shots.

The Bettinardi H2 wedges are available in two durable right-handed finishes. Satin Nickel delivers a classic, glare-resistant look while Cashmere Bronze provides an elegant and confidence inspiring appearance at address.
