December 7, 2015 – TaylorMade Golf staff player Sergio Garcia has come back to the winner’s circle. He’s been going for it intensively and getting very close to victory during the past few weeks, and he made it yesterday, at the Ho Tram Open of the Asian Tour, in Vietnam.

Sergio Garcia claimed his win in an exciting four-way playoff victory, with several ups and downs and a lot of pressure on the leaderboard, which finally resolved in the second extra hole at The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, considered the World’s Best New Golf Course by the World Golf Awards 2015.

Since switching to PSi Tour irons and M1 UnMetalwoods, the Spanish player has finished T11 or better in three of four events across de PGA, European and Asian Tours.

This is Garcia’s 23rd career victory, and 5th over win on the Asian Tour, keeping the Spanish player firmly in the World’s Top 15. Sergio also remains the 4th-ranked European in the world ahead of 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine in the USA where Sergio will be hoping to join his 8th Ryder Cup team, under the captaincy of Darren Clarke, a fellow TaylorMade Golf staff professional.
