Improve your drive with the Long Drive Power Academy by Gerard Pera
June 10, 2013 – Want to improve your drive, but not sure how? We recommend the new Long Drive Power Academy, that just started with Gerard Pera, the only Spanish golfer who participated in the World Long Drive Championships, and Joan Bronchales, a real expert on video swing analysis. This is an academy created to help you discover your potential energy and transform your shots off the tee into the drives that you’ve always wanted.
If your ball falls behind every shot, if you need more iron for the same metres, if you are not sure about which swing to do to cover the distance in front of you, of how to make your ball go flatter, if you think you won’t make it over the lake… this academy will solve all these doubts and proposes to change your game forever, because it guarantees that you’ll increase the speed of your drive and lengthen your distance off the tee.
The main objectives of the Long Drive Power Academy are:
- Maximize your potential distance.
- Increase the control of your shots.
- Improve your performance in the long holes.
The academy is open to golfers of all levels, and offers courses for groups of a minimum of 6 people, whether they are players who are looking to participate in Long Drive events or simply increase their distance and accuracy on the golf course.
The course consists of one or two days of classes with one of the best long drive hitters in the world, a 9 or 18 hole round overseen by the pro, green fee discounts, gifts for participants, etc. not to mention an individual focus for each participant, theoretical and practical exercises for golf and fitness, video swing analysis and practical assessment on the golf course. During the course, participants can see how their swing speed increases and how the ball speed shoots up from the tee.
So more distance… guaranteed.
The Power Team of the Academy
The Long Drive Team Power Academy consists of two great professionals:
Gerard Pera has been a golf professional since 1999, a national team player and winner of several championships, and has participated in tournaments on the European Tour and European Challenge Tour. He is recognized as the first player from Spain to participate in the World Long Drive Championship in the U.S., an event with a prize of 500,000 $ for whoever sends the ball further. It’s a challenge that only the best-prepared hitters of the world can take on.
Joan Bronchales has been a golf professional since 2001. As a RFEG golf coach, he has directed several Spanish golf schools during his career. He is responsible for the Catalan Golf Federation technique courses and its Blume programme. Bronchales is one of the best specialists in video swing analysis (TrackMan and FlightScope, among others). He combines his role as a school director with coaching golf professionals.
