July 11, 2011 – Elevating the highly-successful TOUR360 franchise, adidas Golf has introduced the TOUR360 ATV, the company’s most technologically-advanced golf shoe to date. Engineered to give golfers the confidence to attack every shot, no matter how challenging the lie, TOUR360 ATV utilises innovative forefoot flexibility and zonal traction elements to deliver a greater level of grip, comfort and stability throughout the swing.
“This shoe takes all of the advancements of the TOUR360 line and pushes it one step further,” said Kevin Ross, VP adidas Golf. “We’ve taken feedback from our Tour players and combined it with our experience from previous versions to make the ATV the best performing TOUR360 yet. adidas Golf has long been known for making the top performance shoes in the game, and the TOUR360 ATV reaffirms this reputation that so many consumers and Tour players have come to trust.”
Featuring a dual-density outsole with 10-spike configuration, its unibody construction connects a 5-pod decoupled heel for adaptability, a strengthened midfoot TPU for support and aggressive TRAXION secondary lugs in the forefoot for enhanced grip. The result is All Terrain Versatility.
