November 3, 2025 – Srixon staffer Miyu Yamashita stormed her way up the leaderboard on Sunday, coming from eight shots back to claim her second career LPGA title at the Maybank Championship 2025. Yamashita showcased her consistency and composure when it mattered most, continuing an already stellar rookie campaign.

Coming off her first career victory earlier this summer at the AIG Women’s Open, the LPGA rookie delivered another standout performance, firing a bogey-free 7-under final round to force a three-way playoff. On the first extra hole, Yamashita sealed the win in style, rolling in a 20-foot birdie putt while her opponents made par to secure the title.

Yamashita’s precision was on full display all week. She hit 50 of 59 fairways with her Srixon ZXi Driver and found over 77% of greens in regulation using a combination set of Srixon ZXi7 and ZXi5 Irons, delivering a commanding ball-striking display.
