October 13, 2025 – Callaway Staffer Jeeno Thitikul delivered a stunning comeback victory at the Buick LPGA Shanghai 2025, winning in dramatic fashion after a five-hole playoff to claim her second title of the year.

Starting the day four shots back with five holes to play, Jeeno mounted a sensational charge with birdies at 14, 15, and 16 before making an eagle on 17 to force her way into a playoff. After four consecutive pars, she produced a clutch approach on the fifth playoff hole, sticking it to three feet and converting the birdie for the win.

Jeeno’s triumph also ended an improbable statistic. At the start of the week in Shanghai, the LPGA had a record 26 different winners in 26 events, making Jeeno the first repeat champion of the season.
